We get up on a beautiful Saturday and head west. The ultimate destination is Lands End, but the path is not defined.
We head toward Penzance and decide to take a detour to Mousehole, http://www.cornwall-online.co.uk/westcornwall/mousehole.htm. I small village on the south coast. We stop in a car park and admire the view of St. Michael's mount. From there we continue our journey to Lands End. When we get there we are surprised to learn that is is an amusement park of sorts. We pay for our parking and take a walk around the furthest west point on mainland UK. The only thing between us and Newfoundland is the Atlantic Ocean. We take in the view for a while, send our love over the ocean back home and then head off towards Zennor and back to the house. Along the way we encounter a herd of cows in the road, nothing to do but wait for them to pass us by. One of the passing cows knocks into our side mirror and turns in it. Lucky there wasn't any damage.
